Our knitting association was founded in December last year, with 33 enterprises. Let me introduce the warp knitting and circular knitting machines. Our raw materials are mainly sold to warp knitting and knitting enterprises. At present, the largest quantity is Changshu, Changshu is the "town of warp knitting", there are about 50,000 warp knitting machines. 50% of our chemical fibre raw materials are sold to Changshu. Warp knitted products are comparatively "Dalu goods" with few varieties, but their output is very high. Relatively speaking, the processing fee is very low. At present, the processing fee is about 1900 yuan per ton, which is relatively low. In 2017, the income of each warp knitting machine ranges from 400,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan, and the investment of each machine ranges from 800,000 yuan to 1.5 million yuan. Roughly speaking, the cost of each warp knitting machine can be produced in about two to three years. Changshu's warp knitting machine is relatively low grade.
The second big market is Haining, which has high quality and fine classification. The third market is Fujian, Fujian makes mesh cloth more, that is, girls wear jacquard mesh cloth, a large number.
Last year, the warp knitting industry was very prosperous. Last year, the processing cost was up to 4500 yuan, and our production cost was about 1300 yuan. I think the warp knitting industry should increase the added value. Now the competition is fierce and the cost of labor is high. Many enterprises are out of work. At this time, enterprises should increase the added value of products.
The biggest market for big circular machines is Shaoxing, but last year the market was relatively poor. I expect that this year the market for big circular machines will improve. There are many products in the big circular machine market. There are several big circular machine enterprises in Shengze. The biggest one is Xinchao. It has 500 big circular machines, mainly making suede for weft knitting. Big round machine has less input and good output, but its "road goods" products do not make money, so I think that the production of big round machine needs to master post-finishing technology and make products, in order to make more money.

What I want to share with you today is how we feel when we go to exhibitions abroad. About seven years ago, we went to an exhibition together. At that time, a Taiwanese exhibitor built a door. His company was like a mountain blocking the door. This makes us feel that Taiwan's textile companies are too strong and powerful. But last year, the purchasing manager of that company came to our company, hoping to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with us, because our booth made them feel very strong.
They said, "You're doing very well. That's great." But I know very well that we haven't done enough. If you have the opportunity to stand at a higher level, it is necessary to participate in the international excellent fabric exhibition. While making good fabrics, we should consider injecting brands into them. Shengze textile industry as a whole has great opportunities, depending on whether we can seize, once seized, we can stand out.
